【医院动态】巫溪县中医院走进宏善养老院开展义诊宣教活动
在第115个5·12国际护士节来临之际，为弘扬南丁格尔精神，践行“敬佑生命、甘于奉献”的职业初心，2026年5月9日上午，巫溪县中医院护理部组织临床医护骨干走进宏善养老院，开展以“提灯引路，医路芬芳”为主题的义诊及健康宣教活动，将中医药特色服务与节日温情送到老年人身边。
活动现场，护理人员为老人们免费测量血压、血糖，耐心询问日常起居与健康状况。结合中医“治未病”理念，护理团队带去了火龙罐、耳穴贴压、艾灸等中医特色技术体验。医护人员一边操作一边讲解，让老人们真切感受到中医药“简、便、验、廉”的魅力。针对老年人常见健康问题，医护团队精心准备了老年便秘的中医调护与科学保持体重两场微讲座。从饮食调理到腹部按摩，从情志疏导到排便习惯养成，护理人员用通俗易懂的语言，教老人如何缓解便秘困扰。围绕体重管理，强调合理膳食与适度活动的重要性，帮助老人预防肌少症与代谢问题。老人们听得认真，不时举手提问，现场互动热烈。
对巫溪县中医院护理团队而言，护士节不仅是一束鲜花、一声感谢，更是将南丁格尔精神延续到院外、到社区、到每一位需要关爱的老人身边。
