疾控科普 | 致命假象！菇界“黑白双煞”藏剧毒！潜伏期超6小时
6月以来，重庆野生蘑菇进入快速生长期，不少市民贪图新鲜，凭经验采摘食用。殊不知，貌不惊人的野生菌中，暗藏蘑菇界的夺命“黑白双煞”——裂皮鹅膏、灰花纹鹅膏，致死风险极高，凶险性极强。
一、什么是裂皮鹅膏和灰花纹鹅膏？
裂皮鹅膏和灰花纹鹅膏，剧毒，均含鹅膏肽类毒素，并称蘑菇界的“黑白双煞”，是国内急性肝损害型蘑菇中毒致死的最主要菌种。鹅膏肽类毒素性质稳定，耐高温、耐干燥和酸碱，蒸煮、爆炒、久炖、焯水等烹饪加工都不会破坏毒性。
二、两种毒蘑菇特点介绍
识别要点：头上戴帽（菌盖），腰间系裙（菌环），脚上穿靴（菌托）。
三、致命四阶段！最可怕的是“假愈骗局”
剧毒鹅膏中毒病程极具欺骗性，全程分为四个阶段，部分患者栽在第三阶段！

四、蘑菇的误区要认清
朴素蘑菇无毒—“黑白双煞”外观朴素、伪装性极强，易误采误食。
少吃一点没事—鹅膏肽类毒素无安全剂量，微量即可造成肝损害；
煮熟就能去毒—像鹅膏肽类毒素耐高温，日常烹饪方法无效去毒；
症状消失就是痊愈—无症状是急性肝损害型蘑菇中毒假愈期的表现，是剧毒鹅膏中毒的高危时期，肝功能在持续恶化。
误食野生蘑菇，潜伏期超过6小时，警惕剧毒蘑菇！剧毒蘑菇会“假装痊愈”！
最重要的，不采、不买、不吃野生蘑菇！
若不慎误食，杜绝侥幸心理，即使暂无症状、症状轻或症状自行缓解，也必须立即就医。
